labneh chili crisp dip
gather:
labneh, or full fat greek yogurt
lemon zest

black pepper
chili crisp
honey
sliced scallions
cucumber slices, potato chips, or crackers
prepare:
spread an even layer of labneh all over your desired flat dish.
zest lemon all over the labneh. add a small squeeze of lemon juice all over. you just want to add a dash of juice, adding too much will make the dip too loose and liquidy.
top with as much chili crisp as you’d like. drizzle honey all over to taste. top with scallions.
enjoy with crudite, chips, or crackers.
